A federated, end-to-end encrypted mail protocol. Same semantics as email: addressable, durable, threaded, asynchronous. Different trust model: no operator can read mail or map who writes to whom.
Status: working draft. Reviews wanted, especially on routing (Section 7) and admission (Section 10).
